ERIN BEATIE | PTC VICE PRESIDENT OF COMMUNICATIONS
Erin Beatie attended Alta Sierra Elementary School from 1989 to 1995 and still considers it the best school experience she’s ever had! She now has a wonderful family, including her loving and supportive husband and two children—Jack, who is in 1st grade, and Alice, who is 2 years old.
When she’s not volunteering for the PTC, Erin works as the Production Manager for Music in the Mountains—a new and exciting role for her this year. She also brings over 25 years of experience in live theatre, including 20 years teaching technical theatre at Colfax and Bear River High Schools and managing those theatre facilities. Though she's worked on many productions, Erin's true passion has always been supporting youth and building community through the arts.
Outside of work and volunteering, Erin enjoys boating, snowmobiling, attending air races and classic car shows, and tending to her apothecary garden. She loves putting on events, cooking, and attempting to catch every Northern California Def Leppard concert with her husband. Her favorite color is brown, and while she’s not much for novels, she’ll happily dive into a good technical manual. Most of all, Erin and her family are die-hard Disney fans and try to soak up as much Disney magic as possible!
