I hope that everyone had a wonderful weekend! It is beginning to feel like fall! We will have class all week, but the week of October 19-23 is Fall Break! 

Read-a-Thon officially begins Today! Please refer to the letter sent home in last Thursday's folder for instructions.

Parent-teacher conferences will be held in November. I will send out a Sign Up Genius sometime after Fall Break.

Congratulations to our students who have passed their Multiplication fact quiz! Congratulations to Brian, Kava, Audrey, Carter, Caitlin, Sam, Benny and Jacob D! I know more students are almost ready to pass! Mastering math facts is crucial to overall math success! Fact practice is required and students receive a grade for the facts completed through the week.

Fourth Grade are on spelling words 2.3 this week, and Fifth Grade is on Week 8 Grade 5 words. The words and activities are available on Spelling City. Please complete one activity per day. Grades are recorded on Powerschool.

Thank you for your continued support for our classroom! We received Smarties from Sam last week! The donations to our classroom treasure chest for our weekly "Catch-ya" being good drawing are amazing! The children love to go the extra mile to be recognized. Thank you!

We are getting low on water bottles. If you are able to send in water bottles, the children REALLY appreciate your kind donation.
