What will happen:
  • Every evening, you will receive an email with any updates from your subscribed pages.

  • If you have 3 children from either Alta Sierra or Magnolia AND you have subscribed to the school and teacher pages, you will receive one email that contains all of the updates.   The goal is to make communication easy for our parents as they could be getting information from two schools and 5 teachers, all in one concise email.

May is such an important month for learning. This is the time of year when student growth really reaches its peak. May is the final push to solidify each student's foundation to be ready for the next grade. 
Did you know that the average number of missed school days is 7?

Thats right. Only 7. Even with all of the strep throat, flu and other illnesses.

Here is the March Madness Title Tournament
Take a look at the competing book titles.  
Discuss them with your children.  These could be books you have read or would like to read.  If you haven't read them, look them up or ask in the library.
We will vote in our classrooms each day and eventually crown the champion book title for Alta Sierra.
