Good morning eagles. This is Tyler Kinne with your morning announcements for Tuesday April 7, 2020

Know your history! When was the first “video” call made? WRONG! The first video call was a one way video but it was in…..April 7, 1923! Yeah. almost 100 years ago.
Tuesday is a good day to be active! Try Bench step-ups: Step right foot, then left, up onto a low bench or stair step, then step down. Switch your starting side with each set. Or how about inchworms: Bend forward at the hips and place hands on the ground with knees slightly bent, then walk your hands forward until you’re in a plank position. Now walk your feet in to meet your hands and stand back up!
Next week we are going to have a virtual spirit week! Beginning April 13, you will have a topic to participate in each day. We have a private folder just for Alta Sierra students to share our photos. #togetherinspirit
Eagles are respectful to our family members and friends, even when we are upset. We use good manners not bad language. We think before we react, especially with our siblings.
