Preschool Enrollment Paperwork
The preschool enrollment paperwork consists of the Preschool Registration Emergency Card and the Health and Development Questionnaire. Please bring these documents along with immunization records and a birth certificate.

The preschool handbook answers all sorts of questions regarding pick up, drop off, food, clothes, payments, etc.
