4 year old program

The 4-year-old class operates Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:15 am to 11:15 am.

 

This class focuses on kindergarten readiness as well as social and emotional development. We use the Second Step program as well as Handwriting without Tears curriculum in this class. We use math in everyday play as well as reading for our language development.

 

We are able to use the school library once a week and check out books to bring home. We also visit the school's computer lab and are learning how to use keyboards, the mouse and basic navigation skills. We also take part in occasional off-site field trips.
